Anyone knows where the sky switch box is? Empty Anyone knows where the sky switch box is?

Hi,

We always have problems receiving sky TV -- only one feed can be received, so we contact sky to send some engineer to come and check.

We wonder if anyone knows about the location of the switch box so that they can have a detailed check for the signals of the whole back block.
